Microsoft's switch from stock options to shares is a sign of the obvious. So was its decision to pay a dividend. The company has grown up. It is no longer the boy-genius production that turns the folks next door into millionaires. That's fine; we need big, slower-growing, stable companies. But we need some small, fast-growing ones, too. | ||
