Oracle Chairman Larry Ellison isn't focused exclusively on PeopleSoft as he pursues a hostile $6.3 billion takeover of the software rival. The bigger competitor he sees ahead is Microsoft. Investors such as Heather O'Loughlin share his view. Ellison is "justifiably paranoid of Microsoft," says O'Loughlin, who helps manage about $120 billion at State Street Global Advisors, one of Microsoft's top-10 shareholders. | ||
