New details on Palm Pictures' The Work of Director Spike Jonze are now available. The DVD, due on August 26th, will be a collection of music videos, short films, and commercials from the distinctive filmmaker. The disc will also include a 52-page book full of never-before-seen photographs, storyboards, drawings and interviews, as well as the documentaries "Torrance Rises" (a look at the Torrance Dance Community's preparation and performance at the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards with Fatboy Slim), "Amarillo By Morning" (a documentary on Houston rodeo riders), and "What's Up Fatlip" (a short on the former Pharcyde member). Future releases in The Directors Label will include Chris Cunningham and Michel Gondry. Additional volumes in this ongoing series are slated for spring 2004.
