  AccessTek/OptoRite announces DVD±R/RW writer with HD-BURN

AccessTek's/OptoRite's new dual format DVD writer is named DD0203 and features 4x/2x DVD-R/RW, 4x/2.4x DVD+R/RW, 24x/10x CD-R/RW and 40x/12x CD/DVD-ROM. Based on Sanyo's technology the DD0203 is also equipped with BURN-Proof which prevents buffer under run and HD-BURN which makes it possible to burn 1.4 GB on a CD-R disc.

DD0203 specifications
  • BURN-Proof: prevents Buffer Under Run
  • HD-BURN: record twice the capacity of CD-R media
  • 8 MB internal buffer
  • 4X Max. DVD+R and -R Write, 2.4X Max. DVD+RW Rewrite, 2X Max. DVD-RW Rewrite, and 12X Max. DVD-ROM Reading
  • 24X Max. CD-R Write, 10X Max. CD-RW Rewrite and 40X Max. CD-ROM Reading
  • Random Seek: DVD: 130ms and CD: 100ms
