Download the software development kit (SDK) for the Windows CE-based Handheld PC 2.0 (H/PC) and write data-driven applications that synchronize with desktop databases, utilize the large color display to graphically display important information, build advanced Web applications hosted within Pocket Internet Explorer, and more. If you don't have the physical device but are running Windows NT 4.0, use the emulation environment to experiment. Applications will run as if executing on the actual device.
