Microsoft, Sun disagree over Java order | |

A federal judge stepped in on Wednesday to referee a simmering dispute between Microsoft and Sun Microsystems over a court order that Microsoft start distributing Sun's Java programming language in its Windows operating system. U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz summoned the two rival software makers to a meeting in federal court in Baltimore the day after Sun accused Microsoft of undermining Motz's order to include Java in Windows. | ||
