Microsoft Corp. and the Bush administration have asked a federal judge to bar two computer industry trade groups from appealing the settlement of the 4 1/2-year-old antitrust battle. Federal antitrust enforcers and Microsoft said the Software & Information Industry Association and the Computer & Communication Industry Association don't have a right to appeal. | ||
