The software landscape has changed substantially for consumers over the past decade. Once, there were more choices and fewer leaders. We remember when we could choose among the equally capable Word Perfect, AmiPro or Microsoft Word. Today, Word's domination could hardly be more complete. A similar fate has greeted other Word competitors who have run their course, been acquired or just faded away. | ||
