Microsoft Corp. chief executive Steve Ballmer said yesterday that his company has "changed and grown" as a result of its lengthy antitrust battles and that it is "super-focused" on full compliance with terms of the settlement of its case with the Justice Department.
In his first formal speech since a federal judge endorsed the agreement on Nov. 1, Ballmer told an audience at the Brookings Institution that Microsoft recognizes that it needs to be a more responsible partner with other companies and the government on key technology issues.
