In 1994 Luc Besson's Leon -- The Professional introduced audiences around the world to a modern day hitman. Combining hard action with a touch of drama, the movie presented a hitman with a human side. He was a sympathetic character whom audiences could understand, even if they didn't agree with his actions. The movie left fans clamoring for more, but it was a one-shot deal. No sequel was ever made.
Now, eight years later, the appeal of the movie has been captured in a game. No, it isn't licensed and it does not share any common plot, but if you ever wanted to walk in Leon's shoes now is your chance. IO Interactive's Hitman 2 takes the essence of the movie to heart and gives players an open-ended game worthy of Leon himself.
