More than two years after Microsoft's legal troubles helped prick the Nasdaq bubble, the software giant scored a key court victory Friday, and investors around the world cheered. Microsoft shares soared 8% in premarket trading and powered strong index futures after a federal judge upheld the main provisions of the company's antitrust settlement with Justice Department officials, rejecting calls for much tougher sanctions from nine states. | ||
