FIRST CAME THE news earlier this year that Siemens would cut jobs in its mobile division to lower operating costs. Then came rumors in September that the German communications equipment manufacturer was in talks with Motorola about swapping its handset business for the U.S. company's wireless infrastructure business. Now, the company has launched several new mobile phone products aimed at U.S. customers. | ||
