Chief of Microsoft Corporation Bill Gates is to pay a visit to India from November 11 to 14. Mr. Gates is expected to spend a day each in New Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bangalore during the four-day visit, according to a Microsoft release. Meetings with key government officials, academics, leading corporate houses and industry associations will form part of Gates’ mission to India, it said. This is Gates’ third visit to India and "it's a testimony to the growing importance of India in Microsoft's overall game plan", the statement said. According to Microsoft Corporation India's managing director, Rajiv Kaul, India is a "big bet" for Microsoft. "We are growing rapidly and we are undoubtedly one of the fastest growing subsidiaries for Microsoft in Asia."
