Encore, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation, today announced that it has signed an exclusive co-publishing agreement with Phantagram Interactive, an international publisher and distributor of electronic entertainment software, to bring five new videogames and PC games to market. Under this agreement, Phantagram will deliver game content, while Encore will manage sales and distribution in North America. The first of these games will be Phantom Crash, a 3D mech action game scheduled for release by year end on the Xbox video game system from Microsoft. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
