IBM Sells Supercomputer to GM for Car Development | |

International Business Machines Corp said on Thursday it had sold a series of large computers to U.S. automobile manufacturer General Motors, which together create one of the world's top ten supercomputers. The auto industry's most powerful supercomputer will increase GM's supercomputing muscle by a factor of four. "It will help the company improve vehicle development processes," IBM said in a statement. | ||
