The judge overseeing Sun Microsystems Inc.'s antitrust suit against Microsoft Corp. said he will consider ordering the world's largest software company to include Sun's Java programming language in its Windows operating system. "There are serious allegations that irreparable harm might be suffered. I have an obligation to take it seriously," U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz said yesterday. He said issuing such an order "would be a rather profound act that would change the whole nature of the market."
