Changes are on the way that should alleviate concerns about Microsoft's database-related products, but companies should tread cautiously when it comes to customer data security until those improvements actually arrive. However, companies can take Microsoft at its word that it is making changes to bolster security in its products, especially in the wake of several recent hacks and security holes that have afflicted its software programs, Gartner vice president and research director John Pescatore said. | ||
