Microsoft expects 18 Japanese game titles for Xbox | |

Thanks Josh. Microsoft said it plans to have as many as 18 Japanese software titles available when it introduces the Xbox game console later this year, almost double the debut lineup for Sony's best-selling PlayStation 2. Titles will include fighting games, car racing games and sports games developed by Konami and other undisclosed designers, Hirohisa Ohura, managing director of Microsoft's Japan unit, said in an interview. The No. 1 software maker plans to hire as many as 100 game developers and other staff in Japan by June to develop its own games. | ||
