CASE has arisen in a Texas district court alleging Microsoft breached patents over multiplayer games this week. Delaware plaintiff Paltalk Holdings Inc alleges Microsoft has breached its patents relating to methods and systems for communicating over networks. It said in its filing this week that "multiplayer games conducted over wide area networks generally involve difficult technical issues" because all players need to see the same place at the same time. | ||
