A fall 2005 trial date was set Monday for Troy Victorino, 27, and three 18-year-olds accused of beating six people to death in a Daytona Beach home. Circuit Judge William A. Parsons set a Sept. 26 date and laid out a timeline for hearings and conferences for the four men, each facing 14 felony counts. The state is seeking the death penalty. | ||
