Thanks Josh. Microsoft said it's being investigated by federal antitrust enforcers for its $135 million investment in rival Corel, raising new antitrust questions for the software maker.
Microsoft received a civil subpoena from the Justice Department regarding the investment, said Microsoft spokesman Jim Cullinan. The subpoena, served three weeks ago, ordered the company to turn over all internal documents related to the Corel agreement, The Wall Street Journal reported earlier.
