The Microsoft® Office Information Bridge Framework 1.0 Resource Kit is a set of tools, documentation, and sample solutions designed to help you develop custom solutions for the Information Bridge Framework.

This download contains the following documentation:

  • Solution Development Guide Part 1 (MOIBF1.0_ SolutionDevGuidePart1-1.0.doc)

    • Note: Solution Development Guide Part 2 will release soon. It includes chapters explaining the sample solution metadata, how to build the user interface, and best practices for developing metadata, and testing, and development best practices. It also includes appendices that describe entity mapping, concurrency issues, and a UML diagram of the Information Bridge schema.
  • Creating an Information Bridge Framework Custom Operation Handler White Paper (CustomOpHandlerWhitePaper.doc)
  • Creating Information Bridge Framework Metadata from WSDL White Paper (WSDLtoMetadataWhitePaper.doc)

This download also includes the following sample metadata files:
