  Microsoft bars Windows pirates
Time: 09:55 EST/14:55 GMT | News Source: BBC | Posted By: Brian Kvalheim

Many people using pirated copies of Windows XP will get no help from Microsoft to make their PC safer. The upgrade, called Service Pack 2, closes security loopholes in XP and adds features that make it easier to keep machines safer from viruses. The software update is due to be released during the summer.
