Microsoft has three options in the Comcast-Disney takeover fight: play the savior, the banker or stay on the sidelines. Disney Chief Executive Michael Eisner has shown no sign that he intends to relinquish control to Comcast after the cable giant's unsolicited $54 billion bid for Disney on Wednesday. Comcast's offer, which Disney's board has said it will consider, sets the stage for what might become a fierce battle over control of the entertainment company. | ||
