Microsoft has no plans at present to bring the smaller Controller S to Europe Although we had earlier assumed otherwise, Microsoft will not be releasing the compact Controller S in this country - a spokesman told us that the company's market research to date suggests that UK gamers are more than happy with the standard chunky controller. Shame really, as the Controller S is a nice bit of kit, but the spokesman did reveal that Microsoft may look again at the situation later in the year, once Xbox is firmly established.
