Salesnet, the best-of-breed Web-based Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution, today announced the beta release of its Web Services API built using the Microsoft .NET framework to enable easy integration between its SFA solution and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and enterprise applications. This capability allows customers to leverage existing technology investments and supports the flow of customer and sales data across the enterprise, thus creating a best-of-breed CRM strategy. Built on Microsoft's .NET framework, Salesnet's Web Services Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) will enable customers to push and pull data in and out of Salesnet remotely. By building a bridge between Salesnet and other enterprise applications, Salesnet offers customers tighter control of all critical business data and removes the labor intensive act of manually pulling data from one system and inputting it into another. | ||
