Cosmos is the latest addition to the CIL-based, managed code operating systems space (joining Singularity/Midori and SharpOS). Cosmos (C# Open Source Managed Operating System) is an operating system project implemented completely in CIL compliant languages. The team is committed to using C#, however any .NET language is usable. Channel 8 walks through the process of setting up and executing the OS in Virtual PC 2007. | ||
