The Version 2.1 test requirements become effective on the date that Windows XP Service Pack 1 is released to manufacturing (RTM). System and Device Requirements, Version 2.0, is superceded by Version 2.1. For more information about what kind of changes are in Version 2.1, see "What’s New in this Version" in Chapter 1 of the System and Device Requirements, Version 2.1. | ||
