Logitech Announces 'Logitech QuickCam for Notebooks' | |

Logitech, today introduced its first product in a new line of web cameras targeted for notebook computer users, QuickCam® for Notebooks. QuickCam for Notebooks is a compact and portable web camera that enables anyone to stay in touch while away from home, especially through convenient, free, video instant messaging applications. The product will be available in retail outlets and online in late June for a list price of USD$59.95, making it affordable for college students and travelers that want to stay in touch. QuickCam for Notebooks offers quality video and still image communication over the web, through its CIF CMOS sensor. The camera can tilt and rotate 360-degrees, giving the user ultimate subject framing control. Its integrated screen mount fits notebook PCs and folds up for easy storage and lens protection when not in use. With its lightweight 30" USB cable, QuickCam for Notebooks provides simple set up and cable management. This camera ships with Logitech's QuickCam® software. | ||
