Phase Two introduces a fundamental change in the way user accounts are managed. With this change, is it possible to reuse the code from Phase One, or is it necessary to install new code? Does user account migration make sense with such changes? Is it practical to design Phase Two so that the new database and old database coexist in the same space and possibly use the same database objects?
