Samsung today claims an industry first, a high-density 512Mb DDR-II memory chip. Or rather a prototype, the company says it's developing the part which is it says the first to fully satisfy the new JEDEC DDR-II standard, introduced in March 2002. It will go in to volume production in Q3 2003. | ||
