The Next Web, citing sources in Europe, reported on Wednesday that Redmond is currently in talks to snap up the San Francisco-based digital music startup. Launched in August 2010, Rdio competes with services like Spotify and Pandora to provide on-demand access to more than 18 million songs. The company offers a limited free service and unlimited subscriptions starting at $4.99 per month. | ||
