Codemasters releases the first screenshots from the Xbox version of its upcoming rally racer. Codemasters has released the first screenshots from Colin McRae Rally 3 for the Xbox. The third game in the popular rally racing series will feature an even more advanced damage model that allows individual panels on each car to be punctured or dented, affecting overall driving performance. The AI and the physics model have also been fine-tuned to deliver a more realistic driving experience. The overall visual quality has also been improved--the lead car for the game, the Ford Focus, will be made up of 13,000 polygons, as opposed to the previous game's car models, which used only 800 polygons.
