Have regular expressions always seemed too arcane to delve into? If so, youll want to delve into the January column from The Microsoft Scripting Guys, which makes understanding regular expressions lots easier. The Guys poke at Microsoft Bob a bit, then go on to show you how you can use regular expressions to avoid mistakes. By using these techniques in your scripts, you can make sure data entries follow the required pattern to meet validation criteria.
