You creep through a hallway of twisted art deco, noting blood-spattered writing on the floor. You are paranoid by every sound and movement, sensing an ominous presence. As you step, you hear it. Clink. You walk a bit more. Clink. No, it’s not you. Clink. Metal crashes; it sounds like a maraca shaking–not quite in the distance. You feel a sense of panic as you realize the maraca shake is growing closer… and closer… and closer. All of a sudden, you’re slammed and dazed. Clang! Your head wobbles up, down, left, and right. Through the haze you see something straight out of “20,000 Leagues Under The Sea.” But it’s not. You try to fire your weapon; but all you hear is a click, and you feel it again… Clang! Back to the haze. | ||
