The graphics in the game, while already beautiful in the previous version, have been improved to remove slowdowns during gameplay. New animations have been created for the players to go with the already spectacular player models. At first these might seem like a few minor modifications, but they should make for better gameplay. The sounds and feel of hockey have also been improved allowing the crowd and big plays on the ice to coincide with one another. The game commentators have had their AI improved to follow the game and learn from what happens. This allows them to tell a more fluid game and to stop repeating how the losing team still has a chance when you are up by 10. | ||
