Steve Ballmer, Microsoft chief executive, will stress on Tuesday the need for the world's largest software group to be seen as "responsible" in its dealings with other companies. Mr Ballmer intends to say that the company must place more emphasis on partnerships so that Microsoft and its counter-parties can prosper. His remarks will form part of the keynote presentation at Cebit, the world's largest technology show, in Hannover, Germany. | ||
