In a significant development, Apple Computers Inc today reached an agreement with one of the three students it had sued over copyrights infringements. Doug Steigerwald, who was on the Apple "Developer Connection" team was accused of prematurely distributing copies of Apple's pioneer "Mac OS X Tiger" on a file-swapping site from where it was illegally downloaded by thousands of people.
