One of the big draws of the Unreal series is the over-the-top stable of characters that each game allows you to choose from, and Unreal Championship 2 is no different. Since the game takes place 30 or 40 years after the event seen in the latest PC game, Unreal Tournament 2004, we'll be seeing some old (literally) familiar faces, as well as some new ones. Malcolm makes a welcome return, although he must be unlocked if you want to use him in single or multiplayer modes. He looks just as bad as ever, especially once he taps into his adrenaline powers to surround himself in an iron shield, allowing him to withstand an insane amount of damage while dishing out ever more. He can also summon two glowing orbs that will hover around him, firing blasts at the nearest opponent, sort of like something you might see in a side-scrolling, futuristic flying game like Gradius. | ||
