Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. announced today that Richard W. Roedel has been named Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer, following the resignation of Jeffrey C. Lapin as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a director. Take-Two also announced the appointment of Paul Eibeler as President and a director. Mr. Eibeler previously served as President and a director of Take-Two from December 2000 to June 2003. | ||
