March 2004 has been and gone, with Microsoft very much making the month its own with a stirring display of intent at last week's Game Developers Conference in San Jose. Despite going to remarkable lengths in order to avoid the specifics of next-generation hardware, Microsoft did, to all intents and purposes, show the first Xbox 2 software demos, albeit running on a souped-up PC (see here.) | ||
