Stocks steadied in after-hours trading on Monday after a whipsaw session as investors searched for solid evidence that the economic recovery is gaining steam. Cisco Systems Inc., the world's largest maker of networking equipment, was among the most actively traded shares on the Instinet electronic brokerage system. Its shares fell to $19.18 in extended-hours trading from $19.26 at Monday's close. | ||
