Rumors of the death of the Xbox Half Life 2 are greatly exaggerated | |

BLURB Despite the half-hysterical postings of a bunch of gaming websites, Half-Life 2 still will be coming to the Xbox. Apparently some no-game-nick at the Puget Sound Business Journal who has a loose grasp on the world of gaming wrote that the game won't be coming to the Box. He apparently quoted David Hufford, Xbox Product Manager, saying that Valve looked to be backing out. Then again the reporter also seemed to have a weak grasp of how Xbox Live works, getting it all wrong in the story, so maybe he's just generally confused. Anyhow, after a bunch of breathless articles hit the 'Net saying that the game would be sorely missed, Valve came out and said it still has "concrete plans to release Half-Life 2 for the box," adding that its plans have not changed. | ||
