Taiwan-based chip designer Mediatek may stop offering the source code of its latest DVD±RW Dual chipsets to optical storage drive manufacturers to avoid leaking out the code to rivals VIA Technologies and ALi Corporation, according to Taiwan’s Commercial Times. | ||
