Toshiba will begin selling a Pocket PC with a built-in digital still camera (DSC) in Japan later this month. The gadget, called Genio e550C, features an Intel XScale PXA255 processor, a reflective color low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFT LCD panel with 65,536 colors and a 310,000 million-pixel CCD image sensor. | ||
