In this issue of MSDN News, you'll find several articles about Visual Studio .NET. Visual Studio .NET is now a truly integrated development environment as all of the languages work within the same shell. It combines the best elements of IDEs from individual tools (Visual Basic, Visual C++, and so on) with new integrated features such as the end-to-end debugger. This article describes some of the new features in Visual Studio .NET that you will see illustrated in the visual tour on pages 8 and 9.
