HP isn't the only one announcing new products this week. At the Consumer Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) event in Denver, Colorado, Alienware officially announced its Alienware HD media server and Hangar 18: HD Entertainment Center. As we reported earlier this month, both feature cableCARD support. The Alienware media server, which looks similar to a server rack and has 4TB of hot-swappable RAID storage, internal cableCARD support, Doly Digital 7.1 preamp output, and the ability to record and play1080p HD content through a built-in HDMI port. | ||
