Three founding members of former development studio Rockstar Vienna have announced that they are to form a new studio named Games That Matter. Hannes Seifert, Juergen Goeldner and Dr Niki Laber established Neo Software in 1993, the studio that later was later bought by Take 2 and re-named Rockstar Vienna. It later ceased production in May 2006. | ||
