With ``Jeepers Creepers'' scaring up $50 million so far in worldwide box office and rolling out strongly in video stores last week, the film's writer/director will return for a sequel. Victor Salva is about to begin filming of ``Like a Bat Out of Hell: Jeepers Creepers 2,'' with release set for sometime in 2003. The modestly budgeted 2001 original followed two sibs, played by Gina Philips and Justin Law, returning home from college when they get waylaid by the Creeper, a winged monster that emerges every couple of decades to feed on humans. Only Philips' character survives. | ||
