Gates vs. Jobs: who is the good guy? | |

If you had to pick the lesser of two evils, which one would you choose: Bill Gates or Steve Jobs? From looking at my fellow Arsians' opinions, I would wager a guess that most would pick Gates as the worse alternative. Seems logical, right? Gates = Microsoft, Windows, security problems, bad haircut. Jobs = Apple, iPod, sleek hardware, black turtleneck. But what about a different approach to answering that question? Using altruistic impact as the measuring stick, it looks like Gates is more interested in changing the world for the better. In contrast, Jobs seems to be all about the Benjamins. | ||
